Halloween Recipes - 1st Prize Winner:

Green Slime & Poppin' Pumkin Seeds

Green Slime

  • 1-2 Boxes of Green Jello
Prepare as directed, but only leave the jello refridgerated long enough to soft set. Then stir it up chunky and serve. You can also add whipped cream if ya want :-)

 

Poppin' Pumkin Seeds

  • 1 nice size Pumpkin clean & save the Seeds
  • 1 1/2 Tablesp. Melted butter
  • 1/2 teasp. Salt
Separate the seeds. Spread seeds on a flat shallow cookie sheet. Pour melted butter over seeds and sprinkle with enough salt to taste. Bake in oven (250) until the seeds are dried out & crispy brown. Stir occasionally to toast evenly. Let them cool down before eating :-)


Halloween Recipes - 2nd Prize Winner:

Witches Brew

I use this on "Beggars Night" with candy giving. Makes a wonderful "Witches Brew", that smokes, fogs, and adds no taste or harmful ingredients.

  • Kool-Aid mix as directed on package.
  • Mix in pot and add dry ice.

Dark flavor of Kool-Aid or punch (i.e. grape) will give the best effect.
